My paid traffic + your web design skills

Hey! I want to improve my PPC experience and run Adwords/Bing Ads traffic to a variety of offers. What I need is a web design guy that will handle the site design aspect. I want to run local offers (call only ads etc) and also try out ecommerce (via Google Shopping ads) I need a skilled web design guy that can make a nice looking website and set up relevant stuff like dynamic keyword insertion.

Deal would be 70/30 since I'm covering the ad spend and you crank out the sites that are needed. (Unless you're willing to put up a portion of the ad spend then this is subject to negotiation.)

Primarily interested in working with people in North America/Europe.
