I have a killer domain name that I would like to set up my own blogger type site example - yourblog.blogger.com. Is there a script for this or would this require custom programming?

do you mean to say you want a script/cms that resembles blogger.com or how the service works (user can register create blog accounts)

Yeah, where a user can sign up, choose a template, and create their own blog.
