My OnlyFans Journey 0-30 Days with a Trans Model.

So, after a lot of searching for a new Male Model to join my agency, one of the guys that I was messaging and was keen to join referred a trans model to me and since I did not have anything to lose, I gave it a shot, and it was the best decision I had ever made. Flew to Bulgaria, took some pictures, videos, ppv up close so that everything I made was exactly what I wanted, came back started posting.
Day 1 (June 15): I got 45 subs in the first day, normal price $30 with a 90% offer, so the sub was at $3, I made $261 in the first day.
Day 9 (June 24): I hit my peak of 47 subs in a single day with this model and up to that day my minimum in subs gained in 24 hours was 21, I made $491 in day 9
Day 17 (July 2): Only got 17 subs but it was the best day of all for this model ended up making $601 through chatting and mass dming
Day 19 (July 4): Marks the day that my best in numbers IG Account got taken down totally unexpectedly, I gained no more than 5-7 subs per day and my earnings reached an all-time low (around $30-$100 per day)
Day 28 (July 13): The day that I got my main IG Account back up and running, got 23 subs that day and 13 the next day
Day 30 (July 15): Today marks the last day of the 30 days that I have this onlyfans account running, I have gotten 13 subs until the time I am writing this and I anticipate a couple of more till the end of the day.

In these 30 days I managed to rack up around $8.500 and some change in Gross Income which will net me around $4.500 if you exclude a couple of $100 ads that I ran and the model's salary.
The account was run on a so-called "Tier 2" Country because the "Tier 1" Country things I read about all the time is bs. This model will 100% do around $12k-15k the next month through sub renewals and more traffic and all the 5 figure months I have done on OnlyFans with other models have been in a "Tier 2" Country. The total subs gained was around 490 with more than half of them keeping their renewal on. Obviously a lot of them will turn it off but I am anticipating around $3.000 only from renewals for the next month. The account was promoted solely through Organic Instagram (The 2 ads in the beginning were to build trust with META).
This was my Journey, if you have any type of questions feel free to ask me below I will do my best to respond to all of them in the best way that I can.
I will also post a screenshot of the earnings, keep in mind that the account was created earlier but we had some issues with the verification and the first subs on June 14 were to get likes on the profile.

How exactly did you generate the traffic on IG? Purely through Mass DMs? If so, how many DMs did you send to get the 45 subs (i.e. what's the ROI on the strat)?

I've been primarily running instainfantry pyramid for OF traffic generation and haven't ran Mass DMs for OF in ages as I always felt like it underperformed. I feel like instainfantry pyramid or M/S has always had better results in comparison to Mass DMs for OF since they're more content-focused strategies. Mass DMs are way better for led gen for higher ticket services and are more versatile across different niches but for something like OF, I feel like its too pricey for a method.

I have a specific way of posting reels with also knowing exactly what to post in the "Tier 2" Country in order to get numbers through the algorithm, which is an added bonus instead of randomly posting in the US or UK and hoping to get views, it's much better doing it on a country that you know what works and what does not, also went a little crazy with the promotion and the things I had her do up close. When I am talking about Mass Dming I am talking about Mass DMing inside onlyfans itself, the feature, I have never used Instainfantry, i rely purely on organic methods because they have worked for me better than anything else, but I would be interested to learn about instainfantry, which plan do you use and how many subs are you gaining per day? For me the first reel that I posted went pretty viral because I knew what type of content would work in the country that I am promoting the model in. You need to know what to post, what time to post and what target to audience, everything plays its role when you want to rely on organic traffic. Knowing the algo and what works best for the country in which you are promoting In, plus a few hidden tricks within the IG app itself helps a ton when you are using a new account, btw the ad was not ran at all on this post, the ad was run a couple of days later on a totally different post.

Isn't it possible to do all this online?
I mean the tranny could make photos by himself and send you + all the chatting before the business.

For sure, you totally can get that all online, but in my experience going to the model or flying her to you works a lot better because you get the exact outcome you want out of the photoshooting. An added bonus is that your model works for a single day for a 2 month period until the next photoshooting which makes her love the ''job'' even more since she is basically making $4k with 16 hours of work every 2 months, making her a lot more eager to stay for a longer time.

No the model had nothing, no instagram no tik tok no following, she does not even speak the language of the country that she is being ran in

I never tried instainfantry. I'm curious. What are the costs & results I should expect? How much work is it. What is the expected price per new ig follower in the end?
