Currently have 5 models (2 are big pornstars) I’m managing their onlyfans with many more available all actually pretty girls I live in miami a hot place for only fans.

Has anyone here worked internationally? Could you re-use models abroad with the use of a translator, or is the content video-focused and would make the re-use of it in a different country with a different language unprofitable ?

If you are interested in the idea, I am a French citizen and I have some experience translating. We could try to see if the content is compatible, and experiment with the re-use of content to reach a broader audience. DM me to discuss.

I'm going to be honest with you, I don't currently work with OnlyFans, and I do not know as of yet what the customer base expect out of a subscription to a foreigner. I can do promotion as well as any person I know, although my focus is more on finance than marketing.

Could you tell me a bit more about what the average client expects out of their interaction with the models? Is there a lot of customized content (i.e. video where the model mentions the customers name or other direct interactions) or is the content made in a way that it can be used for a larger audience (i.e. "personal" messages that are send to all clients at the same time) ? Adapting the work to a foreign audience would definitely be easier with more general messages since we could always "create" what the message is.

I wouldn't expect content exclusive to the french region before a solid customer base is established, so there should be no expense or work necessary on your side until the concept is proven to work. I would definitely need to do a lot of research on my side to see whether studios already have established a similar business model here, and check if french customers even use the website, or an alternative.

With that being said, if you don't mind my inexperience in your specific industry I'd be willing to talk to see if we could make something work. We could also try to expand in other European countries where I have acquaintances that I know to be competent, but I would have to prove that profitability is possible before getting them onboard, and I really don't know how long it takes on average to start generating traffic and profit for such a service.

We have Facebook, Reddit, Tinder and and Instagram strategies that we can utilise for this. Should be powerful.
