my old post and new post not index in google

hello
I have a website that is a 2 year and a 3 month old + 865 post and 24 category
All my old and NEW post not Index on google

Google index Only 3 post

site speed : 99/100 on mobile and desktop

i'm use Wordpress and SEO by Yoast PRO plugin

i set sitemap to google webmaster and i have Robots.txt file

how to fix that problem please should i buy new domain or anthing else

I think your domain is penalized by Google. On Bing you are doing fine. More than 10,000 links indexed. If I were you, I will buy a new domain and try to rank that one and leave this one as is.

i f i buy new domain and redirect 301 from old domain to new domain
Should i need to edit all backlinks url from old domain to new domain to rank
or what i need to do
 
I won't do any 301 redirect from this website. It is clearly penalized by Google. Better find an expired domain and post content on that one.

Yes you can. But on the new domain try and change a few things to each post so you won't have duplicate content, by either changing the theme or rewrite some texts.

You don't need to edit all backlinks as long as on the new domain you have the same links. You just write a htaccess rule on the old domain, to redirect everything to the same page.
