Hello, I have a channel with 22 thousand subscribers that I opened in 2020 and have not used for 2 years. There is a community strike warning on the channel. But there is no copyright notice. I'm thinking of turning this channel into a shorts channel. Do you think this will work or should I open a new channel? (I have made money from this channel before.)

It should still be possible but the account might be shadow banned because of inactivity and strike warning.
