For starters. The name is Austin, dreamer, entrepreneur, newb of newbs, student. I'm pretty sure that I am not the first person to get all pumped up about all this stuff without knowing even jack squat about IM, Clickbank, email lists, and affiliate marketing and yet I still see all this in my future. I'm diving right in and absorbing as much information as humanly possible. I can't write code, know next to nothing about SEO, BH, or WH and hardly know the definition of the words. It's quite overwhelming, exciting, and I feel like a kid in a candy shop with all these new ideas popping into my head. I'm a person whose brain is constantly moving at 40,000 mph anyways, so all this information just feeds my brain so much that I feel like I'm going to explode. I am currently a college student and at times I can barely focus on my studies that are completely basic for me (first quarter freshy). Anyone else out there in my place or am I an oddball in this? So I figured being as ADD/ADHD as I am that maybe starting a journal may help me to get my thoughts organized, set some goals, and take action. I dont have a clue what I am doing but I'm giving it a shot anyways. Where I am at right now: Funds: $90 in bank, $300 in paypal (withheld from me temporarily as a new ebay seller) Debt: about $100 to my mother for lending me money, credit card fees of $130 that will be due in the next couple weeks. What I've done/am doing: Purchased a lot of womens name brand clothing on liquidation for resale. Paid $180 for it and already made $300 in about 10 days with a couple hundred dollars worth left to sell. I have started a facebook page, twitter, and instagram for promoting my products on eBay. I also have gotten into this promising looking program as a referral agent. I have not made any money doing this yet but I barely started two days ago. I am trying to expand the use of this referral program and putting my own twist on it, even looking into fully automating it with scripting and bots (maybe not even possible but definitely something to look into). There is an extension to the program that costs $25 a month but I cannot afford that at the moment so I will have to do that after I start making some sort of regular income. What Ive learned: I've learned quite a bit about eBay considering I didnt even so much as have an account until a week ago. There are limitless ways to make money just by clicking buttons all day (how awesome is that?!). I've learned that anything you do in this world of online money making takes time, lots of research, a go-getter attitude, and most often times a bit of money to make money. What I'm learning: As of last night I started researching clickbanking and IM. Specifically a thread on email lists and how to make big money through squeezepages and CB. I am also learning about the use of wordpress. I realized as I am writing this that I have in fact absorbed a substantial bit of information in the past two weeks, in that I went from not even ever hearing about all this to stumbling upon BHW and getting all pumped up over all the plentiful information that could be found there. All these crazy acronyms and languages that confused the heck out of me upon arrival of BHW. Goals: To be rich by the time I reach the age of 21 (currently 19). To have a full sustainable income through online business within a month. To repay my debts owed as soon as possible. If you have taken the time to read all this then thank you. I am posting this more for my personal benefit and to see just how many people there are out there like me and for others like me to see that they aren't alone in this. No one was just born with the knowledge to do this stuff and they all had to start somewhere so this is my journey of my starting point to hopefully change my life for the better.
