I created a new MNS couple days back and want to know what you guys think. Hey, am new to micro niche sites, so no cruxifying me, I need only constuctive criticisms.

I wish to know the following

*Is it too early to implement Adsense as I have done?
*What twists can I add to the site, as regards the name (site name is http://howtounlockadoor.com, and I used "door" to mean anything locked or with restricted access such as iphone unlocks, bypasses, just anything you can think of...)

I'll add rep and thanks to valuable ideas and suggestions:)

Re-write 4 other related articles you find on the net containing keywords. Find keywords with a high adwords competition and a high cost per click. You need at least 500 exact searches per month for your keywords that are not your main keyword your looking to rank for. Research your competitors for these keywords, Sites in the top 10 with a low page rank and few backlinks mean your pages should be easier to rank for. Publish your articles and start SEO-ing the fuck out of them on a slow but steady basis. Web 2.0, facebook, youtube, blog comments, .edu and .org backlinks, twitter and article directories are what I do at the moment.

I'm new to this shit like you, this is basic stuff that I learned in the past 2 months. There are people here that could give you much better advice than this but have better things to do.

Don't forget to use the search function. Try typing "micro niche seo" "MNS guide" and related terms.

Also it is not a good idea to reveal you MNS's on forums and such since you will get competition and sometimes other competitors have bad intentions :)
And as a second tip id ad an ad in the article , you know at the start like most sites have , i think that one converts better :)

Yeah, you shouldn't really reveal your MNS's on the forums...

I suggest you to do proper keyword research.

Create 1 article per keyword.

Rank Those keywords

Receive traffic

Make money :)

This. Don't focus on one main keyword. You should really have 20-30 related and researched keywords to write articles on.

But the site as a whole is good.

I clicked thanks to your post not because I didnt know some stuff you mentioned. But because you are a "newbie" and you shared a useful post, helped a member, you didnt answered just to raise your post count and I thank you for that.

I am finding this exciting...more suggestions please...am implementing the insightful ones as they roll in;)

As some members said, do not reveal your site. You could have negative SEO campaign from a competitor, or just some dumbass trying to give you a headache.

I found a thread where a youtube channel was "shared" in BHW and the channel was banned a few minutes later. Be careful with what you link in here.

Others have mentioned keyword research and that is an important fact that I'll try to explain. You need keywords with enough search volume (people searching that specific keyword), high/medium advertisers competition (people trying to sell for that keyword) and low serps (with low number of pages indexed in search engines). That could be the magic combination.

Specifically regarding your site: You are going to need more articles to rank it. Content is very important these days. After that you have to build links, not massive but slowly and making it look as natural as possible.

I think you should some related journals regarding microniche sites. I found dead dealsopoly to be one of the most real and uptodate journals in that aspect. You can check it here:

I'd add something related to lockpicking, you can buy these items cheap overseas and the markup is great.

Nice website. Wish I owned that domain name...BTW how much would you sell it if you wanted to?

Content is king so try and upload close to daily...
Try and get a more professional looking theme for ease of use and easy on the eyes.
Adsense will be very easy to incorporate into the blog but pay peanuts.
Domain name could catch on as a brand like Apple but doesn't really describe what you do or offer so good seo is in order.

The first rule of Niche Club is that you never, under any circumstances, reveal your niche.

Ever. Don't talk about it unless you're some kind of prepared to take on the competition that'll likely head your way.

You should never reveal url of your website for many reasons. Especially if you are using Adsense on it. You can easily get banned if someone click bombs you.

Your website looks good. Read some posts of keyword research. After that write few articles and start building links.

Just clicked your Ads :) .. hopefully u'll earn something from your new MNS :)

You really shouldn't have done that. Like a few have mentioned there's all sorts of people and companies watching on forums like here.

Now, not only do they know you clicked his ad's, they also know the op's website, due to him revealing it. I'd suggest you edit your niche out. Google employee's could be watching. they don't allow others to intentinally click on others advertisements.

Remove your adsense ads or you will be banned soon as you shared the url in a forum like this.

You don't have a Privacy Policy page, which is against adsense TOS

You have only one page, which is not enough content for adsense

Don't add adsense so fast, wait until 3 posts and a week or more until you see some natural traffic

Check out my post regarding adsense banning:

Can't fault this advice.

Also, add some images to the page in such a way that it wont compete with the Adsense ads. Pages without atleast images are harder to rank. Good luck.
