My new job position :)

So I recently applied for a community manager at a local video game center. When I got there, he said he didn't want to waste my talents and instead created a NEW position so he could hire me. Basically i'm the manager of the managers. lol. I have about 10 people under me.

Their job is to get people in their gaming community to be active and attend events.

They get paid based on facebook likes and interaction, as well as how many people attend the events. I get paid a percentage of what they all make combined.
In addition they want me to help with their website..and that will be a separate salary.


I'm super excited and have never had so many people throwing themselves at me asking for help before lol. Its crazy how some people just don't know. I still don't even feel like I know a ton..but I know I can manage this project.

You guys got any tips for me? haha. I'm nervous but excited.

Thanks Its crazy how much of a business you don't see that is behind the scenes..a lot of which can be horrible unorganized haha. Fixing that right up.
