Thanks for that, I guess you learn as you go. but I'm sure it will be fine and if not I can always ban a spaming user

By the way I'm opening about 20 more directories in the upcoming week, anything else I should consider other then setting it up right?

I set up an article site using that theme, it was de-indexed in less than a month. Hope you have better luck than me

looks like you have an article directory that is supported by article marketing robot, you're going to get lots of spammy submissions. You're using the articlesss/dimox theme. People search for that footprint, plug it into AMR and voila you've got tons of spam submissions.
