Hello everybody,

this is my thread to start with offlinemarketing. Ive made some big money with online marketing (CPAs) but its getting less because it was with german traffic and the mobile offers changed cause of a lawchange and nobody, really nobody signsup with. 500 clicks will result in about 1 or 2 signups, 7.50 each. A month ago i made 50 signups for 17.90 each with 500 clicks... you see..

So my dream since I entered IM is a recurring income with less work. Everybody should dream of it, huh?

And this is my plan:

1. Launch a company which will keep my private money safe of lawattacks, called GmbH in germany.

2. Create salesletters with pictures and WSO headings (have to sell).

3. Send letters out to businesses. I want to offer free webdesign of a pro to establish the new company. It will cost 49,99? per month to maintain the page and support them with all questions.

4. Sell as many as possible. Maybe with precreating. Just have to try!

5. Build 100 customers in 2-3 months.

6. Upsell them with contracts for adspace, businesslistings on pages like [city]restaurants.de/com with no real traffic.

7. Sell them SEO/ORM/PPC campaigns for big numbers

8. all with 12 month contracts

9. Wake up, go on vacation.

My plan is to receive a residual income of 10-20k each month. I know this is possible cause I made 50k dollars within one day with CPA.. Only sky is limit.
I would love to get some advices from you.

King regards

I know this is possible cause I made 50k dollars within one day with CPA.

Whooo......

Wait, you made 50k in one day with CPA?

Thats more then some VERY well established authority websites make in a week. That claim seems a bit far fetch. Not to say it isn't possible, but this is the internet. So anybody can say they made 50k a ONE day and not have to prove those statements (and lots of people seem to do so around here).

Anyway, good luck with your venture. 50k a day to only 10k a month is a huge paycut.

That number just doesn't seem realistic, even for some so called "super affiliates" (and I've met a few) esp. in the cpa world, and esp in a market that is not as big as the US (in terms of traffic).

Good luck with your offline venture.

I know that are numbers nobody believes. Me by my self, I havnt believed it until the money was on my bank account. I just made a screenshot of my earnings.

Bro, again, no offense, but you do know that there is html software that can edit text in a browser don't you?

So a screen shot, though one form of proof, can still be spoofed (there is also something funny going on on the left side of that screenshot. You have 0-0-0-0-0- and all of a sudden you have 1,479 of something, yet your numbers stay consistent on the right side of the screen. Weird....)

NOW, if you provide a video login of your account (you can blur out the info you don't want to be public), then you got something.

But editing screenshots are a piece of cake.

I've yet to see someone provide any video proof (which is much harder to spoof) of them logging in to their cpa or bank accounts and showing what they claim they made.

Again, I'm not doubting you've made money, as I know 2 guys right now who market to international traffic and who make some nice coin (just not as much as 50k a day).

But its very easy to fake a screen shot. So hence, I'm still not quite convince. Though sometimes that is all it takes for some people.

You can call me a hater (I'm not), but not one person has stepped up to the plate when I called them out on this.

Anyway, I think you def. can bank on offline traffic. But thats not my area of expertise so I'll leave that to people who do know about that medium.

Good luck, whatever you decide to do!

And if those sceenshots are real (you don't show your browser either, btw), congrats!

looks like a special christmas offer or something like that?

good luck with your offline venture, sounds like a good plan.. keep us posted

Woa how did you do that with CPA? Don't have to give exact niche but wanna give a general idea/hint? :P

I love how this was supposed to be a thread about his offline marketing venture and all people care about is his claim of 50k in a day.....

On topic: The business model will work. The main area that will need work is getting the clients.
Focus on a specific target market for you mailouts. Businesses that have no online presence at all obviously either know nothing about the internet or simply don't care/value it. Make them value it by providing a few (not too many) projections/stats on website users and business.

Businesses that have a shitty website, may know and appreciate the internet but don't want to invest cash into a nice website. For these stress the lack of any big downpayments for your design. Just an ongoing maintainence fee.

Target each mailout to the business and even personalize them if possible and you will get a much better response rate

You already have a basic plan, so all you really have to do is to plan out all the details, projections, estimates, etc. Personally I don't know whether or not your plan will work, but that's what a project proposal is for and you should try starting out with one. I also don't know about the 50k, but if what you're saying is true then that's pretty impressive, actually.

I find the founding a GmbH part questionable. How much damage can you actually realistically do and how high can your legal fees get? The GmbH will only protect everything above the budget you have to put into the company at the start. IIRC that's 25k euros. You will also have to jump through all kinds of hoops and will, just by being a GmbH incur higher recurring costs. You might want to look into founding a british LLC or another form of corporation. (Several different are available under german law alone and you get to pick whatever you want from any EU member state.) edit: Also, deciding on what you will achieve without analyzing the market might be a bit... naive.
