My method to quick traffic

Advertise on BHW
SU will ban your domain if you spam the same domain on the same acct, Spread your urls over several accounts to keep from getting banned.
 
Has anyone tried out the bot? I installed the account creator and poster software. The account creator worked fine. When I tried to use the poster, I get the message that the account login/password is invalid. Did I do something wrong?

StumbleUpon is a good website to get some traffic. Thing with it though, it's hard to get a good amount of targeted traffic for the page you're posting. Most of the users on SU are there to kill some time and have fun, so I believe if your page is in the entertainment niche for instance, it could go viral and people will definitely share it many times.
 
is traffic from stumble upon any use except eating your bandwidth. The bounce rate is closer to 95% with that traffic. it simply doesn't convert!

Like I said in the original post:
One thing to note, some of the views are from Stumbleupon's crawlers or whatever you want to call them, but around 20% of these visitors are real human visitors on average.

They come from the same segment because these are all getting loaded within the stumbleupon website. The IP you see is actually Stumbleupon's server IMO.

So, if you link directly to your articles via a number of different accounts this is tier 1 link building. And if you link your stumble accounts to a blog which links to your money site its tier 2? (Sorry still clearing up terminology.)

stumbleupon always best for generating traffic. i was tried from 1 account . thank you for the new idea.
