My Method on Indexing Backlinks

QUESTION!! Okay, so here?s a very general linking Diagram:

1. Web 2.0 Site<----SB COMMENT<------ BOOKMARK
2. Web 2.0 Site<----Profile Link<------ -- BOOKMARK
3. Web 2.0 Site<----Article<----- ------- --BOOKMARK
4. Web 2.0 Site<----BOOKMARK

I?m referring to the SEO Link Robot Strat Guide as a general reference, according to the guide:

Each Web 2.0 site needs about 75-100 profile links and 50-75 Autoblog Comments. That being said (in correspondence with numbered diagrams above):

1. How many bookmarks does each profile link need?
2. How many bookmarks does each SB comment need?
3. How many bookmarks does each article need?
4. How many RAW bookmarks does a web 2.0 site need?

Now, I know some guru is going to pop in here and tell me ?not to worry about exact numbers? and what not, but it would be helpful to at least have a rough ballpark to shoot for. Oh and good god, how much money are you big hitters spending on captcha a day lol?

Also on Step 6, that sounds a lot like what backlinks energizer does, it uses rss feeds to camoflauge the links, I feel as if you JUST submitted the backlinks, you would get your blogspot blog banned right? Anyways, I do have the BE plugin with 10 clusters installed which lets me energize roughly 600 links a day, would that be a decent substitute for step 6? I just don't understand how you submit such a large volume of backlinks to your blogspot account. Thanks!

This seems like an extreem amount of work, is there a way this could be done easier? the same things your saying just a little less work? There is a guy with some linkdripping thing linklicious.me I THINK its called we are using this and its so far working well and its not a headache at all which is totally great because my time is so limited as it is.

If we use the same blogspot and the same account for social media site...we must send once and again their Feed to Rss motors and feedlisting? they don't accept this info again,could we junp this step or we must try it?

Hi Friends This method right now not working perfectly for forum profile indexing, although you can use this method for web 2.0 indexing

[web 2.0 backlinks are getting indexed within 24 hours]

exactly. I dont have problems with indexing web 2.0 backlinks - but BIG problem with forum profiles. I am really interested in your method of indexing them, hope you will share it here soon

Hey Mr. X - what version of RSS Submit do you use - just the personal?

so how do you know if backlink is indexed? Its sure not checking on google or yahoo siteexplorer because they show only small portion of what they index. Especially google (you can see zero backlinks to your site and still be ranked very well - meaning they indexed some links, but how cn you see if link is indexed?)
