This method is still effective but rarely used nowadays. You should better start buying some paid traffic or do SEO and blog posting to promote higher payout offers/sales.

I remember when ebooks all over forums that have a marketplace, both free and paid were covered with this method, with minor adjustments of course. Back then, almost every page had a "landing-page" giving you some offer. It was all cool until it got saturated. It can still make money today but one should search for more effective methods.
