On my downtime (which isn't often) I always spend some time finding auto approved, high PR blogs to comment on... here's how I do it; I'm sure there are better ways, but this seems to work for me:
I simply use Market Samurai. I go to a niche where a lot of serious professional marketers are competing for some very tough keywords. I figure they've done the hard work already for me.
I go to google, type in a keyword like "buy viagra" (for instance), and take note of a few sites on the first page.
I add the names of those sites into the SEO Competition of MS and analyze their backlinks! It takes only a minute to look down the list of thier 900 or so links. I check the high PR blogs that are listed (just click on the link provided), I copy them and generally, about 65% of them wind up being Auto Approve.
Not the most automated or high tech process in the world... but in an hour I can usually find 20 AA high PR blogs to put in my personal list.
Don't have MS? No problem... just go to their site and download the 40 day trial fully functioning version!
