My messages won't send?

Well I am sending lots of messages on Youtube, but let's say I send 20, only 4-5 are sent... why is this ;(?

Ok. I would very much appriciate it if you will share this with me when will solve this and see where is problem. I have some marketing plans with sending this messages to some people so would like to be prepared on time.
Maybe as someone already said before, you need to be a friend with those person, or be subscribed at his channel... not sure, just speculating with this..
