My Marketing & SAAS + Your Coding & Support

I own a digital marketing company and have been in the industry for 13 years. I have licensed several "SAAS" in a box type services that are in varying stages of function. I have put thousands into these ventures, including design, a $10K+ two character domain name (Which I just spent $1K on for yearly registration), etc. I have a total two SAAS websites that are geared towards SMB and one that is more broad. The idea is to build these up over 6 Months (or whatever time it takes) to the point where we have a track record of sales volume and reoccurring monthly customers and then sell these businesses at 3X+ Yearly Revenue. The goal is a $500K+ sale for the main SAAS and $50K-$150K for the others.

What I am looking for is a partner that has a wide range of coding skills both frontend and back. Someone that can run these sites as a partner that helps to push things forward with the websites as far as functionality and support. This would be a 50/50 partnership with written agreements. I would manage and handle the marketing and ad campaigns. We would split monthly customer income (less ad spend) and split the profit on the sale of these properties.

These websites are at varying stages of development and functionality. For example the main App needs to be approved by Google and other social media platforms, also reinstalled as it was recently hacked. Others are functioning with bugs/issues. This is one reason why I am looking for a partner as opposed to hiring people as the skill sets I am looking for in a partner are wide. Dealing with App approval, development, handling support tickets, and business management.

HTML, PHP, JavaScript, ReactJS, and Laravel 8.0. Since these are licensed code they do come with support and updates from the devs. So manly it's knowing your way around and working with these Apps to optimize the frontend. I have a designer that can I will work with for the frontend conversion optimized landing pages (done in HTML) that we would need integrated. So mainly HTML, PHP, and JavaScript.

To anyone else viewing this thread, I will post a little more about these projects/businesses.

The first is the main one and it's a social media automation platform.

Current domain (which app has been compromised and needs to be re-uploaded).


The plan with this one is to do a "freemium" model. This will be a basic business model approach for all but one of the SAAS Apps.





The second is a website notification service that is based off of a FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) psychology type notification. For example these notifications you see on ecommerce websites that show "John Doe, from New York just purchased this item 6 hours ago".

The third is a website drag/drop builder that I was hoping to convert into a landing page builder for marketing purposes or if not possible a niche type website builder.

This one doesn't have a domain however I do have some good three character domain names we can use.






The fourth is a smaller project due to it's saturation/competition level. (We may not ever do anything with this one however I wanted to mention it.) It's a link shortener. There are a million Link Shorteners, however I set this one up since I needed to have links shortened and would prefer to use my own.

It does have some tracking features and such so I feel a unique approach to get this monetized would be to offer full features for free and then monetize using AdSense or similar.


I have extended licenses on these so they are full "SAAS in a box" type applications with payment capture integration. The first two (Social Media Automation, and Marketing Notifications) are the two that I would like to focus on marketing and advertising initially. I can start with $1K-$2K/Month for Google Search Ads Campaigns and then increase from there based off of the profitability. The first months will be fine-tuning the ads and landing page experiences. Also there are aspects within the user-experience that reflect on customer retention too but this will be something that we can work on at a later date.

As far as the Drag & Drop builder goes. . . I have an account with instapage.com and have been with this company since the founder was the only one working on this app and a few years back they got series A seed funding of $15 Million. It's a drag and drop (single page) landing page builder that is used for advertising and marketing purposes for lead capture and conversion. I was thinking if we did something like that with that Laravel website builder or if that is too much customization (or if it will not work for that app) then at least "reskin" the design aspect of it to focus on a niche type builder. This would be better for marketing purposes than just launching it how it is now.
