The question now is: how do you set up the FBL? Because it is something different than 'unsubscribe', right?
A recipient can report spam and still be on the list without unsubscribing, or am I missing something out?

Looks like many users marked it as spam mail. Try sending some mails from own server to own emails. If it goes to spam, mark it as not spam.

it depends of what tool do you use for the setup....there are some of them that if the mail was marked as spam and other ones as unsuscribe both of actions delete them from the mailing list

that's what I'm doing....how many emails should I send to have it reaching imbox again?
