If you are going to use free traffic, bemob is a great option. but if you are going to BUY traffic, you need other features, like the voluum anti-fraud kit.
However, considering buying traffic with $50 is ridiculous.

i think push traffic will not work

when i see push traffic when on a porn site, i immediately close and exit it

you're better off running banner ads on porn sites

if your creatives are juicy enough and get people to turn their head and click, you can get high CTRs

the problem though is you need to test various websites

not every website will make profit. it's not as simple as just place ads on an adult website, pay for the ads, then make profit

you need to find which websites have the better converting users. which websites have not been spammed out with ads, etc

once you find the best websites, then you can start scaling. this is why they call it the data collection phase

if it were really as easy as you say, just pay for traffic and send to the link, then we'd all be rich
