Okay, so a while back I was looking into starting up an Amazon affiliate site. I had done quite a bit of research, found a good niche with low competition, and starting working on my site. Just a few days after I had gotten a decent amount of content up, made everything look nice, and put up my affiliate links -- Amazon closes their affiliate program to people in my state. Needless to say, I was pretty frustrated and deflated after, as it was one of the first sites I had really put a decent amount of work into (and I doubt it would have worked too well for anything other than Amazon, at least with my knowledge at the time).
That was roughly two years ago, and since then, I've learned a whole lot more about IM, and have had some successful Clickbank ventures as well. Now, Amazon has just started offering the affiliate program to my state again, and I'm ready to take another crack at it. I bought a nice keyword right here on BHW, got my domain, and going to start working on it today. There's hardly any competition for my KW, and the items are pretty profitable, so I'm excited to see how this goes.
Day 1
Expenses: $17
Profit: $0
