My Local Services/Your Online Skills

First, of all, I do apologize if this isn't the correct place to ask this. I need help with marketing and hopefully someone may be interested in working with me who have in depth knowledge about internet marketing (alot more then I do, because apparently after working on website for 1 and half year I am getting nothing).

I offer professional local/national services if you may call it that. What I am looking for is someone who can get me leads and then turn those into bookings. Each booking i can pay around $50. Planning on increasing it as I get more booking, but I need to start off low in the beginning. My niche is also very competitive that I know for sure, just because the amount of professional services around me that offers the same thing really.
