Local CPA? Yeah thats right,the first problem we all have is traffic and the traffic some times can be expensive.

But what if i can get real organic human views without wasting $$$?

1 - First step is to print idk 50 A4 papers with a good desing like (claim your free lipkit)
2 - Pay for someone to stick them on public places (i can get in troubles if i do it myself)
3 - See what happens

Wish me luck on my first "original" idea :p

UPDATE:

Bought a domain and scraped and edited a langing page (i live in a spanish country)

Now i want to finish my A4 design and impplement QR code (thnx for who give me that idea :p)

I've read a few methods with this idea but I don't believe I've seen a journey. Interested to see your results.

If you can find local shops within the same or similar niche you could pay them a dollar amount or maybe work out a percentage deal to pass out your ad to customers. I read a pretty good idea on here about printing off ads for payday loans with your landing page as the URL and making a deal with pawn shops to hand them out to customers. Pawn shop customers need money so it goes hand in hand. Payday loan programs also pay pretty well.

I'm sure you could twist that to fit a lot of niches. Good luck.
 
Update:

301 redirection from my landing page to the offer landing,created a qr and finished the photoshop work,tomorrow i will print 50 pages and pay some friend to help me to stick them :p

how do you pick the right person for the job ?
 
Great idea I'm following. I suggest you try to stick the pages close to your targeting group. So you get the most out of this.

I've been thinking of doing the same!

What areas are they getting sticked .. Centres like Mall , Cinemas might work great.

Areas where people get to move around alot.
