My link pyramid does not work as expected - let me know your opiniow

I am trying to go ahead with my pyramid, but my results are quite poor. Please, let my know your opinion why it should be.

My pyramid consists of:

Tier1: - 45 wiki edu-gov mix, private proxies, unique content, 2 links to my website inner pages, 2 main keywords + 2 X my urls + 6 generic words
- 15 edu-gov wikis PR 5-8 posted with EWP - 15 title pages + 15 userpages, total: 30
- 15 edu-gov wikis PR 0-4, only titlepages

Tier2:
- 300 wikis PR 3+ 150 titlepages + 150 userpages, different article, well spun, 1 link to tier1 inside, proxies + pinging with IMSlave, 30 domain related keywords

Tier3:
- Senuke blast, 900 PR3+ links form my own template, all possible modules, 3 users, different heavily spun article, 1 link to tier2 links inside, no proxies + pinging with IMSlave, 30 domain related keywords

Tier4 - to tier3 links:
- Sbox blast 45.000 AA + TR blast, no proxies, 30 domain related keywords
- Senuke Advanced Link Pyramid, no proxies, heavily spun different article, 1 link to tier3 inside, 30 domain related keywords, pinged with IMSlave + indexed with whois sites from IMSlave

All done in 2 days.

After several weeks I have a moderated jump up in some of my inner pages, other inner pages dropped down, main site dropped down for main keywords.

My questions:
1. Wikis are good for tier1? Do not forget that all of them are edu or gov.
2. Proxies: are they important for tiers 2, 3 or 4?
3. Keywords distribution - is it ok? Can I use main keywords without generic words for tier 2, 3 or 4?
4. Quantity of links for tiers 2 - 3. Maybe I have to add more links here?
5. Timing: can I construct my pyramid at once, in 1 or 2 days, or I have to expand it in several days/weeks?
6. Any other goog idea for a better working link pyramid?

Probably because tier one is most likely all nofollow, due to being wikis, other than that I would not use wikis in the first place. For tier one you are best of using several high quality web2 mini sites. ie a blogger with 5 - 6 pages, then a wordpress site with 5 - 6 pages, making sure all the pages are linking into each other and one or two links going to your money site from each mini site, then for tier two use article directories, and for tier three use wikis, bog comments and guestbooks.

Answers:
1. Only very high quality wikis for tier 1. You will also need to mix it up with web2.0 and other platforms. Diversify!
2. Proxies have no effect on SEO. They influence your account and submission success rates.
3. Use generic words and naked URLs (ie. <a href="yourwebsite.com">yourwebsite.com</a>).
4. You can always add more but I personally prefer quality over quantity. Quality lasts longer and is more resilient.
5. It's not a bad idea to spread submissions over time.
6. Diversify your links! You are only using wikis - try to mix in some other platforms!
