i have heart failure and my condition is getting worse everyday, i don't know what should i do anymore. please help guys
Dude, I feel you. I have Coronary Heart/Artery Disease and COPD/Emphysema. The only thing that I can tell you is that you are the master of your own destiny. If you choose to feel helpless and dis-empowered, then it will be a short time before you are worm food. If you change your outlook, there is no guarantee that things will get better, but you will feel better about that which you have no control over. Your choice.

I call troll and ask you get a life
If im wrong then i will apologise but when a friend of mine is undergoing therapy for cancer just short of 5 years after beating cancer then i have no time for people who are out to massage their egos and make people pity them and get a kick from people paying attention to them.
I could go on a serious rant here but ill just ask that you give details about your condition if you want advice
If your a troll sitting behind a keyboard posting serious issues just for kicks or a laugh then i genuinely hope you never have to go through the medical problems you make fun of.

OP you should go to China and rub shoulders with corrupt bureaucrats, there's a prison where they sell the organs of death row inmates. They've 'stopped' doing it like four times now so they should still be open.

igvlad is right. Search YouTube for motivational videos, then watch a couple in the morning, in the afternoon, at night before bed. In a few days you'll notice some dramatic changes in your attitude, and I've learned the hard way that attitude determines your happiness and your outlook and your ability to accomplish what the heck ever you want. Just watch the videos for a week. You'll see.
