If you are manually checking and not using a different proxy you may want to clear your cache and browsing history and try again.

Everyone else has basically said it, but I'll add a stick to the pile; when in doubt, clear those cookies to see what's really up. Google will dress up nice for you, but don't jump to conclusions.

No, his browser is not "caching" his page. It might be returning personalized search results where his site comes out on top.
Browser cache has nothing to do with displaying serp rankings.

Yeah what you guys are saying was correct. Im at 41 not no1 haha didnt know that happened but thanks for the advice. Thought i had hit the jackpot haha

I agree with sagarbest. Try with another browser where you are not login on your Google account. Or try after sing out.
