Lurker here for a while, decided to post and sign up so I can grab a Jr Vip in time.
Posting a Journey thread to get myself organized, accountable, and of course network/post in the forums and learn from others.

My main goal is to set up a few companies to partner with high risk businesses, I have the leads and now I just need to take a lot of action. Mostly handling the payment processing side of things. My angle and where I stand out is that the company can still get its payout in BTC, and the customer can pay in a variety of ways.

As a side project Im also looking to get into the Mturk game and maybe ebay/amazon/freelancer/seller type partnerships as in I create the accounts and rent them out. Im pretty sure ive seen people requesting JVs with Ebay and Upwork etc so why not try that angle. ATM I have plenty of leads and potential customers and Im not doing anything now except building my base, Ill post in JV when Im ready and hope to take advantage of that.

This week:
1) phone/laptop/hotspot to work in relative anonymity...done
2) LLC opening
3) bank opening
4) exchange accounts, I prefer Nexo for wire funding, OKcoin/coinbase ill use for ACH, and an OTC account just in case as a backup.
5) connect to my preferred payments and get my first new client ready to go.

If anyone is wondering how I deal with being on the hook for chargebacks, well I started the people I work with now and will continue to start new partnerships with non card payments. Then they can build 3 months of processing history and we go form there. Its actually often best to just leave CC alone in some industries anyway. In others, go out and grab several processing accounts and split the volume between them so you always have backups. Bank transfer gateways work great in many industries though.

Not too much to update, finally hammered down the game plan for all of my account creation, time to open up and fund some banks, payment processors, and crypto cashout routes.
Need to look at the whole proxy thing, maybe multilogin would be best as I think that covers fingerprints etc so I can manage them all from one browser.

Spent a lot of time on things that dont really matter such as privacy.com, bank backups, prepaid cards, a million exchanges/otc desks etc, Im just paranoid about having redundancy. I want to be able to hand off multiples to my partners to they are set for the year and have zero down time if something gets flagged.
Also realized I was a bit scatter brained for the sake of just doing it. Like why do I need a million methods when I can only do so much at one time? Focus on the money makers right now. Whats the point of making 100 paypals that can cash out to crypto when paypal bans in a week and i have better options lol? Just a waste of time but my brain sees a challenge.

I might see if Im allowed to give some things away in the freebies section, if anyone has comments on what would be interested.
Give me some good street credit and also probably learn some new things as problems and questions always arise.

I think this week once my merchant accounts are set ill dabble in google/bing ads. Seems to be always someone asking for them.

Nexo btw if anyone is interested froze my account temporarily asking for proof of funds. Sent in bank statements with merchant deposits and within two hours was back up and running. Good to know as I believe some exchanges can have you waiting days for a reply or more.

what is there to bump?

OP can you explain what you mean by Mturk game? Do you have some automatization in mind or are you really just planning to do HITs yourself?
Well I dont think mturk is the way to go bc they dont seem to approve accounts right now.
Im wondering if other microworker accounts are worth the time though.

The idea would be (if worthwhile) to create a bunch of accounts and basically split profits/rent them out. There are I think two users here who are doing that with mturk, giving the account owner 40% of the earnings and the worker keeps 60%.
IDK if for example itd be worth it with microworkers, or maybe a combination of accounts(so that each worker has more work available) With micorworkers Id have ot create the microworker account, a paypal (they only pay by paypal I think) then link it to coinbase or get them some other way to cash out, maybe a debit card to withdraw.
There are also freelance sites that may be more lucrative for JVs, Fiver, Upwork, etc. Marketplace accounts like Ebay/Etsy etc
The appeal is that USA accounts get better work/earnings. Or certain sites like Ebay people arent able to access without a US bank account.

Those are all side thoughts though, Im making my payment processing accounts now as we type for high risk partners I have waiting.
For US customers the stores will be set up with cashapp, echeck, and zelle. International cusotmers will pay with transfer services, local payments (Giropay, iDEAL, etc)
Considering some Skrill/Apple/GPay as well, they are all steady solutions, especially bank transfer, echeck, cashapp. A couple Skril wallets can last a long time too.
Those are all super easy for me to get, then Ill start applying for high risk credit accounts and manage them. Not all stores will need them or shoul dtry, but good to have the option.

For lead gen I reached out to a few amanita mushroom stores to place orders and was told "we cannot process USA orders, please use cryptocurrency" so their are a few fresh leads when Im ready.
