Hi all. I'm trying to earn some bucks with google adsense, blogger+custom domain.
I'm 28 years old it engineer, 2 years unemployed due to the poor life conditions in my country.
Little background story: Few days ago I got 300 € earnings in my adsense, my all old blogs and failed websites. that's total income of all projects since I have adsense account. I decided to start new project and write something usefull.
Let's start with journey
Day 1 bought goddady domain,redirected to blogger. i've choose domain name with 4.400 monthly searches, good average cpc. Had some problems with domain, but solve it with good customer support. after hours and hours of searching good working template, finally found good one. Done some basic photoshop graphics, logo etc..
Adsense earnings 0
Day 2 Added 3 articles, made facebook grup, twitter, pinterest, google+. Made template more seo friendly:different meta tags on each post, different description, seo title.
Adsense earnings 0
Day 3 Added 3 articles, made some big website improments like:facebook meta graph, facebook comments, professional logo. Added custom Photoshop buttons, and some interesting text rotators like: did you know facts?
Adsense earnings 0.20 €
Day 4 Wrote few articles, started inviting my friends to group, and adding website in free web directories.
Adsense earnings 0.11 €
Day 5 Best day so far! 48 visits in total, My website name is still bad indexed, showing at 5 page in google. My worst competitor is one blogger blog,without seo,design, nothing. He took all best keywords, and is ranked very well. 1st place in almost every keyword,also he has PR2. Still can't figure out how he done it. Wrote 2 emails, 1 email for local advertising company, the good thing about them is they write website links of their publishers, also they have high PR. Hope they will accept me.
2nd mail i wrote to a guy who has number 1 web directory (first place on google), with popular websites in my country. Hope that he would add my site. In google adsense account says that my check is sent! Hoooray !
Today I noticed very high CTR almost 10%, hope thats not bad.
