That seems to be a good way to do it,i did something similar in the beggining but after some time you realize that your time is better spent elsewhere
About the proxies i personally use 3 account for 1, because you have to consider your profit.
Like 3-1 doesnt cause me bans that i notice and its less pressure that i put in each account to make me profit.
Like i have about 50 accounts at the moment,and have been doing this since about 7 months ago,imagine the money i didnt spend in proxies thanks to this.

I don't know why you say bitly doesn't work with ig but it work well for me

Do you spam follow your accounts and make new ones when they got banned or do you warm them up and try to make them last as long as possible? And also, how much are you making with 50 accounts?
But they don't click links do they? Because i redirect them to a prelander which is a tweet with a clickable link

UPDATE: 4/27/2017
i changed a lot from my initial plan, here's the changes i made
1. I only ordered 25 Dedicated proxies instead, will try to add 25 accounts per day/proxy to make it safer and see if my PC still runs fine after 75 accounts are in lol. if it still runs fine then i'll add 15 more proxies and 45 more accounts.
2. Decided on 3 Niches, not evergreen niches like free followers or things like that but decided to go on more targeted ones like games,sports,etc.
3. I put 50 accounts already on my massplanner. 25 yesterday 25 today. I put the first batch (yesterday accounts) in my massplanner without doing anything. 6 hours ago i put them on max 30 followings/hour and max 90/day and so far no PV. I'm going to let the 2nd batch without anything running for 6 more hours and do the same thing on that.
4. Going to put 25 more accounts in 12 hours.
Now i still need suggestions when to profile the accounts and add links. Should i just profile them at the same time (different IPs) or would that make my accounts get banned?

I try to make them last as long as you can,but you have to keep in mind they have to make you money,still my biggest account has 32k followers (so 4 monthd old now more or less) doing ogads with it since the beggining.
About 35 to 50 depends on the offers and the traffic i get of course
