Hi all,

Thought I would create a thread to keep me motivated.

I started taking this seriously since last month as where there is a will, there is a way.

Initially I created some nsfw sites which now have reasonable traffic, but struggling with conversions.

More recently I have been trying to promote clickbank products. Again, struggling with conversions. SO I am trying to go down the social route now. I have a Facebook page related to my niche with over 2000 likes and a website to go with it.

It's early days yet, but if I can keep expanding the Facebook page I think I can get some good exposure.

I am also getting started with mass planner to build up Instagram and twitter.

If you get something up and running and then switch once things become hard, you're never going to get anywhere. I haven't learned that from IM but just life in general. I might consider posting some more stuff about your clickbank project here and see if some people in your journey thread can give you some advice while you work it all out.

Thanks yeah I am trying to stick to one thing. My Facebook page seems to have bottomed out for new followers at the moment, currently at 2.1k.

I have IG and Twitter accounts running on massplanner at the moment, that will be slow to build up but will hopefully get there in a few weeks.

Struggling with conversions in general as most people don't seem to be visiting my site from the Facebook page.

I know it's very early days, just hoping I can crack it as I definitely need the extra money!
 
Have you sat back and thought about it in their shoes? I'd want something that benefits me or something new to entertain me. Maybe you could spin that into something.
 
I'm not really sure what to do in all honesty. It's in the pet niche and posting photos on FB definitely got things going, but I don't know how to get the conversions is the issue. My niche site has about 4 articles on it so far which I have tried to get some engagement on, but nothing much has happened yet :)
 
Small update, one of my keywords used on my blog has taken me to #1 rank on google :) A small step, but that has given me some motivation!!
 
I started this journey long before I posted this thread. Not seeing any income at all and minimal interactions now, so I am putting my first method on the back burner.

Going to try aliexpress + shopify next (assuming I am able to successfully back order a niche domain I chose). It will be more work for sure, but the profits will hopefully reflect that. Stuff on aliexpress is incredibly cheap.

Also re-booted a plan I had long before I even joined BHW - focus now is on getting some decent rankings. I know that will be a winner if I can get some good traffic!
 
So I'm scratching this one up as a loss - I am ceasing my work on click bank promotion. Just not getting anywhere with it and it was taking my time away from my first project which is in the gaming niche. I have done a hell of a lot recently for my gaming niche site, so I hope to get it ranked now. If I can get some decent traffic, I am sure I can get some conversions.

I'll be honest, getting a little demotivated at the moment as I have yet to see a single cent, but winners don't give up... :)
 
You have too many methods and things going at the same time and you regularly switch them. This won't make you money. Just stick for a long time and if it truly doesn't work than switch. Don't give up so easily
 
Well the main thing is I have a huge following on IG and FB for this niche but less than 10 people have even found their way to the CB page. I have done split testing and all kinds of techniques, but it is not working. I'd rather cut my losses now and invest more money in content for my authority site (which is already getting way more traffic than my CB attempts).
 
Just out of curiosity how large is your following on IG and FB?
 
About 10k on FB and 25k on IG, reasonable engagement with both but barely anyone clicked through to my site. I learned a lot about Facebooks ads though, so I can use that knowledge later.

Thanks, I am just leaving the clickbank stuff on the back burner at the moment, just ticking along in case it takes off.

Focussing mainly on my gambling authority site which is going well, just need to get good rankings!

Also taking a look at shopify with aliexpress as I have a 60 day trial, got a good idea for a niche which can be high volume.
