My journey thread to keep myself motivated!

I have been on the forums for quite a while now, I had some ups and downs.

Where am I now, I applied for a dayjob, thats how unstable my income is. I will do this for a little while but I will focus on online marketing as well. My brother will be helping me out as much as he can, the guy loves gaming too bad. The job I am taking, will get it probably on monday, it will be brain killing. I applied for a marketing job as well, but its quite hard to talk yourself into a job like that.

The plan I will be using adsense/affiliate-commission based advertising. On all of my sites/ some only adsense.

Site 1 Main Project, codename "Orange": Dutch website

- What about the site... Its a broad niche, competitive, other sites have been around for a long time. I cant tell and don't want to say to much about the niche or my website. This site will gets lots of content and allready has quite some content. But I have about 1/4th of my competition, but they reached their max, my strategy is different so in terms of content I have the possibility to keep creating new content, without repeating myself. No Seo will be done on this website, but I will get links. Cant tell anymore about this.

Site 2 English project, currently on hold, codename "Backdoor Slut": English website

- Site is the same as site 1 but in english, site has content gets a few visitors but the website is currently on hold. Some linkbuilding has been done, but I will change tactics. This site will continue as soon as I have money to spend on content, my english isnt great and I dont want crap on my websites.

Site 3 another English site, sub category of Site2. codename "summer money"

- Site worked great in summer, seasonal website. Site is undergoing a makeover. Had a penalty in the past. So I will probably change domain, without 301. Content is good. Will need some optimization.

Site 4 will be on a service I will be providing to some companies

- did it for some friends or people I know about their bussinesses and they where pretty happy with my advise. So its sort of counseling. Dont have any paying clients and I am still not sure if I will take this to the next step and actualy go after clients. Pretty busy with all the stuff right now, but It will give some monthly income. I might go after that.

My Seo Game

I will be building a high qaulity network around my sites. More info, extra about subniches in my niche etc etc... This network will be build with web2.0 sites or I will be buying some extra domains in the future. And all my tier 1 links will be controlable links so if something bad happend I can remove the link. I wont be buying any services, since most are crap. Might do for some real great quality later on.

My goals for now
- equal my day job for 1-2 months consistantly.
- Earn more, quit dayjob.

These are the only goals right now, after that I will have more time on hands. And goals will change.

There are some other sites they bring in about the same, so my monthly income is pretty crappy through IM right now. Still I know my plan is great, I have been around some time.

Journey part 2

This part will start as soon as you see it comming, It won't start now, since I need some money for it. Plus there are some personal things that I need to solve right now. So progress will be slow.

What will part 2 be about, its more something for me as a person. I will be focussing on myself, think about health, losing weight, mental stuff.

What more about me? I am in my mid twenties, have a girlfriend, live at home, have seen half the world, I have problems with the way people live their lives and I am troubled with the problems in the world. I am pretty worried, but I think I need to focus on making money right now, without it you cant change shit, your just talk. I think people are realy stupid. But more on that later since I will be doing some things with that as well, later on in my journey!

I try not to be to much on here everyday, everything is vague but I will share some more in the future, some plans of me are quite original so about those I wont be sharing that much.

What will I do Now?

I will work some more on project orange, I am alone right now, my brother will go to amsterdam and have some fun this weekend.

Small Update:

Got my dayjob, starting on wednesday morning 6am. Love it (well not realy). Its pays 11,50 euros an hour. Its tough. I plan on spending another 3 hours extra on my websites. My brother keeps working and I have money left to spend on my english sites content.

Will have some personal stuff going on tomorow which will take the entire day en some extra hours during the week. So I hope to get some things done after work. Which will be exhausting. Not used to heavy work. But it might be good since I got some times to plan things over in my head.

I am getting $4-5 a day from these sites right now. So nothing realy is changed.

Will update in a few days or when something interesting happens.
