Hello fellow BlackHatter's! I've been on this site for just over 5 months now. I've read a lot of great information from people who have been very generous so I wanted to share what I've been doing over the last 4 years to be successful. A little about me first off:

I got my real estate license in 2001 and was living the high life until about 2006 when things started slowing down. I was making about 70-80k a year after expenses and was living a decent life. In 2007 the bubble burst and I was scared that I was going to lose it all. When all the bad news about the economy started to hit, my business started to suffer and people just weren't buying homes like they used to. I knew I had to adapt or die.

So I looked around and noticed another brokerage in my area was really gaining some steam. So I studied what they were doing. They were using online marketing like I've never seen before and that's when it started. I quickly learned what SEO was all about and started my first real estate website. Over the last 4 years I've perfected my methods to starting a website and getting it to rank quickly. I've recently opened up my own SEO company (thanks Taktical for the inspiration)! because I knew that what I was doing would be effective in any market, and I am now helping other Realtors market their businesses online. Life is good again.

I'm writing this post because I see to many people relying on utter crap links to secure rankings. You don't have to do this. You don't have to have every BH tool to get links. You don't need to spend 1000's every month on the latest new Blackhat tools. SEO is very simple. Hardwork + Great content + a few quality backlinks = Top Rankings.

    My Method

Step 1 - Pick your niche and map out a long term plan to create a website with at least 100 pages of great content. I'm skipping keyword research here because there are plenty of posts about how to find a great niche. I would recommend you find a pretty large niche and plan out a nice big tasty authority site. The best way to get traffic is through long tail keywords when first starting out, and you need content to get there.

Step 2 - Start writing. One thing will always remain the same when it comes to SEO. Content is absolute king. Before you even think about a backlinking program, you should have at least 10 pages of really good content on your site. This doesn't mean a privacy policy or terms of conditions. This is actual unique-high quality content written well by you or a professional related to your keywords. I can get 100 pages on a site in 30 days. That's just over 3 articles a day for 30 days. You can do the same if you work hard.

Step 3 - Guest Blogs For Backlinking. I've never once hit my main site with Scrapebox, Xrumer, or any other blackhat linking program. Am I right in doing this? Probably not. But I know for a fact that you don't need these tools to rank. Instead, I use Guest Blogging to get links. All you have to do is find places to guest blog. You can use Scrapebox or just use the Google search function if you don't have SB for this. All you have to do is know the footprints to use:

    Guest Blog Scrapebox Footprints
"Keyword Phrase" + "become a contributor" OR "contribute to this site"
    "Keyword Phrase" + "guest article"
    "Keyword Phrase" + "guest blog"
    "Keyword Phrase" + "guest blogger"
    "Keyword Phrase" + "Guest bloggers"

Once you get a list of these sites to guest blog at, run the page rank checker and order them from highest PR to lowest and start contacting the owners of the site. This will take you a few hours to do or you can hire some cheap labor to do it for you. If you get 1,000 websites in your list and contact 100 of them everyday, that's 1,000 potential high quality links. Each of those links will be worth 1'000s of SB or Xrumer links and the cost will be much cheaper. All you have to do is pay for the guest blog or write it yourself.

Step 4 - Now you build links to your guest blogs. This is the blackhat strategy that I use. I hit these blogs with everything I can from the lowest of the low SB spam to more useful article networks such as Build My Rank and Unique Article Wizard. Whatever tools you have access to or cash you want to spend on low quality links you can send to your guest blogs. Many people use Web 2.0's as buffer sites, but I feel that a guest blog link is better as a buffer than a web 2.0. Google knows that web 2.0's can be manipulated, but some other persons domain is much harder to manipulate so I think they offer a better benefit.

That's it. That's all it takes to dominate a niche. If you write great content everyday, find websites to submit guest blogs, and link to your guest blogs you will have long term success. Once things start to roll start another site in your niche and get two sites ranking or start on a whole new niche. Many of the terms I rank for I have 3-8 pages in the top 10 from the same or different sites. You can dominate any niche with this method within 3-4 months. If I can rank a real estate site in some of the biggest housing markets in the country, you can surely find a niche that can bring you a nice bit of traffic with this method.

If you have any questions let me know!

Steps 3 and 4 are gold for combining white hat and black hat methods. I always thought it was either/or, not both. You've given me some great ideas, thanks!

I use Whitehat on my sites and blackhat to boost the Whitehat methods. I think this is the best use of blackhat tactics. Eventually a Google employee will come across your site if you start to rank for decent keywords. If your backlinks look legitimate as Guest Blogs are considered whitehat, you will pass the sniff test. Also, one thing I forgot to mention. If you find good traffic guest blog opportunities, you can get people to visit your site and that way you aren't relying totally on a search engine for traffic.

so these 100 articles targeting 100 keywords? do you use same backlink pattern(ie. several guest blog to each article and tons sb link to guest blog) for all 100 keywords?

Very, very clever. +Rep to you, my friend. That's some serious Bruce Lee-you must be like water type stuff right there. I will definitely try to do this in the future.

I'm also interested in hearing more about how you actually backlink those guest posts. Give us all the dirt. BMR + SB is good but there's got to be more "there" there.

Never really tried guest blogging, but it's been in the back of my mind lately. The reason I haven't tried it yet is because I was thinking, "who would want me to write on their blog", I mean, won't they want the most super duper best quality article in the world(like some Harvard stuff lol)?

But that may be my problem right there, THINKING.

Nice method. I try out similar way but not this hard with 100 articles over month. Maybe I need to try out that to increase number of articles I publish over month.

For starters you can check out

    Code:
    http://myblogguest.com/
One of best place to look for getting and doing guest post.

    thanks
