hey guys just thought id do a little journey thread after seeing my google search onto page 7

Well, I got a little download from the download section themed website for starting a web agency last week.

it was pretty straightforward to set up adjust a few things and plug and play.

There were several packages in there, SEO, local marketing, internet marketing, and web design.
I uploaded all of these themes and made them into different pages and services on the website
I did keyword research and difficulty was coming in at 39 on kwfinder with 70 searches a month for web design+town and the top gets 17 estimated visits a month
I know it's not a lot but who knows

Registered a domain name on name cheap $8
have got shared hosting already.
made social media profile
made amazon app
made chrome app.

I only uploaded the apps 2 days ago and my position was 138
today I checked it gone up to 70 on Google for keywords which I'm really chuffed about.

now my plan is to set up a digital web design agency and outsource to a few guys here, hire freelancers VA's or go in a JV

i do have to clean up the website a bit by personalizing it all now and get rid of the 2000 satisfied worldwide clients so far lol

Going local can net you a lot of money, and better clients honestly. Once you establish a relationship with someone, keep nourishing it and you have a client for life. They’ll call you for all sorts of things that you don’t even have offer, like classified postings... your answer is always ‘yes I can do that no problem’. So they know they can count on you. Then they tell their friends, and that’s how you build a successful business.
 
Sounds like a good plan! How did you build the apps? I want to try an seo agency as well but always afraid if their google rankings don’t improve the client will ask for their money back!

Hi there is a method for the chrome extension app in the making money thread i believe and also amazon method in the Jr VIP section

Good luck on the journey! Can you share the link of the theme you downloaded here? Couldn't find it. Also, what tool you use to track your keywords ranking?
 
Hows the journey going OP? I’m scheduling all day sunday to set up my page and get going on this!
 
Sounds good, I have an agency actually but I'm not working on getting clients honestly, being busy with other stuff, really interesting journey, hope you come back and update soon!

How do you really nourish the relationship with the client? What is your process (after / while providing them the service)?
