hey guys just thought id do a little journey thread after seeing my google search onto page 7

Well, I got a little download from the download section themed website for starting a web agency last week.

it was pretty straightforward to set up adjust a few things and plug and play.

There were several packages in there, SEO, local marketing, internet marketing, and web design.
I uploaded all of these themes and made them into different pages and services on the website
I did keyword research and difficulty was coming in at 39 on kwfinder with 70 searches a month for web design+town and the top gets 17 estimated visits a month
I know it's not a lot but who knows

Registered a domain name on name cheap $8
have got shared hosting already.
made social media profile
made amazon app
made chrome app.

I only uploaded the apps 2 days ago and my position was 138
today I checked it gone up to 70 on Google for keywords which I'm really chuffed about.

now my plan is to set up a digital web design agency and outsource to a few guys here, hire freelancers VA's or go in a JV

i do have to clean up the website a bit by personalizing it all now and get rid of the 2000 satisfied worldwide clients so far lol

Going local can net you a lot of money, and better clients honestly. Once you establish a relationship with someone, keep nourishing it and you have a client for life. They’ll call you for all sorts of things that you don’t even have offer, like classified postings... your answer is always ‘yes I can do that no problem’. So they know they can count on you. Then they tell their friends, and that’s how you build a successful business.

How do you really nourish the relationship with the client? What is your process (after / while providing them the service)?
