My Journey into Porn

Hello,

I started a porn site today. It is a mix of videos and images.

Basically I have all the plugins everyone else has. Something to redirect, something to optimize images and to cache, a share button etc etc we have all read the posts.

For traffic I am using tumblr, reddit and sex.com (I am no way affiliated with them).

To the meat of the journey.

I am monetizing the site in many ways and I want your opinion on them.

1. Plugrush widgets, I have a few of them on the page, I turned on trade settings to grow traffic as well.
2. insanecams pps, at the top of the page I have a "free webcams" page which redirects them to their landing page
3. Content lockers, each image gallery is hosted somewhere, I put a download link behind a content locker
4. Clickbank, like insanecams I have a page that redirects them to a clickbank offer
5. toy sales affiliate, set up the same as insanecams and clickbank links.

My first real question is, does plugrush pay like cpm and cpc? I believe they do but I am not 100% (kinda confused will all Ive read)
Can I buy plugrush traffic to my site, if it is monetized with plugrush widgets?
Is it wrong to have so many affiliate links, they are across the top, I can show you if you like to pm me and see the layout.

I plan to earn so decent cash with this. I am funding this though my other sites and I will be buying traffic from plugrush.

I also have juicyads and exoclick accounts but read they are not as good as plugrush for earnings.

If anyone can clear up and questions it is greatly appreciated.

You can buy plugrush traffic to your site, it doesn't matter that you have plugrush ads there. I've contacted them and verified it.

And you can earn cash from people viewing and clicking plugrush ads correct? Or should I use juicyads and exoclick for that?

Yes you can earn cash from plugrush ads through plugrush paid traffic. It's like adsense and adwords.

I earned 4 cents from 115 page views! Who hoo
Today I paid $15 for plug rush advertising.
I plan to add ads in my posts now. Maybe with exoclick. Just some banners at the beginning and end of the post. Will test it out.
I'm really not sure if I should monetize solely with plugrush or if I should mix it up. Science needs to be done!

Use juicy ads in replacement of google ads and you shoukdbhave some good money made.

They have those funny ads that say "fuck ugly girls now!" I used to own a tube site and we made good coin from juicy ads..

The only thing I would say is item 3: Content Locking porn really doesn't work. There is so much free porn that almost nobody will do a survey to get something unless its very weird or maybe a celeb. Other than that they just wont bother.

Porn is quite a saturated niche,try to bring traffic from blogs and all the best buddy

Anything saturated means there is traffic. Now you just tap into it. I know it's of guys banking with adult sites and they don't seam to think its saturated.

I wanted to use a service that would let me upload to it and earn per download, but I couldn't find one. I was going to use hotfiles but they shut down. Know of any others?

And yes I am 24 years old.

As stated above. No guy with his pants down on the computer is gonna complete a survey for porn.

Don't waste time with that. Xnxx offers even the weirdest stuff for free so even niche specific stuff wont work either.

Good to know. I was looking at depositfiles affiliates and I read that they are quite terrible. Anyone know of a decent alternative?

Day 2!

I made a whopping 22 cents! WooHoo the domain paid for itself for a day! Not really the advertising through plugrush didnt really pan out.

I also think I will try downloading, watermarking and uploading videos to different sites. Sex.com xvidoes. Com and anywhere else I can.

For the downloads I am using depositfiles, though I would give it a try, if it doesn't work out with their aff program, oh well.
I am also going to look into ch8878's ad style and see how that goes.

He is referring to crak.revenue website They have PPL and PPS CPA offers. Good luck with your journey.

I am curious about your traffic sources. From where are you getting visits?
