I had never thought I'll reach this milestone, but here it is.

Just 4 years ago, i am randomly messaging people on this forum asking for a Bing Ads coupon code, because i didn't have even $100 to run my own ads.
With those 7-8 bing ads coupon codes (of $100). I made around $400-$500 in affiliate revenue using those coupons.
Spent 2 years in crypto trading. Made $4500 from that $400-500 investment.
Then invested this $4500 in paid ads and here i am today.

In July 2020, my father has lost around $150,000 in some fraud, and worst of all we had a debt of around $80,000 that we had to pay to banks and relatives.

Prior to July 2020, i was non-serious about making money and was happy with $100-$200/day. But that incident really changed my life and i spent all my time and efforts in affiliate marketing and I eventually helped my father to get out of this debt. Looking back i feel maybe that's the best that happened to us as it made me realize the importance of money and it also bought me closer to my father, earlier we rarely used to talk.

One of the biggest mistakes i made in this journey was that i was constantly changing my traffic source. No matter which traffic sources you try, keep working on it for 2-3 years(consistently) and eventually you'll become a master of it. Unfortunately, most people give up early or change their strategy.

Even though i make lots of money, i haven't bought anything for myself(in the last 3 years) and am saving all this money to start with native ads or invest it in real estate.

Need your help

I am from India. All the advertisement companies that I work with..ask for top-up in USD currency.
But all the banks in my country charge 4-5% currency conversion tax for international transactions(USD, EURO etc). And 5% TCS tax for foreign transactions. And since i am doing it on a huge scale, this 8-9% tax comes off as a huge amount at end of each month. In my country, all the banks charge some or the other tax.
Does anyone know any solutions to this?

Reloadable virtual cards should work right?

Can't you incorporate into some country overseas so you can enjoy the benefits?

- Payoneer?
- Transferwise seems to have a similar service by now, gotta check
- See if they offer accounts that are actually run in $ vs INR, many countries' banks offer foreign currency accounts

payoneer card is not given in india.
To receive money in a foreign currency account, do i need to get money thru wire transfer?

Proud of your man, keep doing the good work. I was also not taking the money-making process seriously but things like this open my mind that why should I treat this as an actual business.

Also, starting the Affiliate marketing, it will be helpful if you leave any tips for me. Thank you

You should try opening a business & bank account in Singapore, will probably cost a few thousand but with the kind of money you are moving, you will have made it back fast.

I have no idea but maybe Facebook business groups of people in India could help :)

This is so true. We don't master a strategy enough before jumping on another one. I've been attracted with a lot of money making methods here on BHW but I decided to stick with Amazon Affiliate. After several years of disappointing results, the money I made last year November and December is twice what I currently make annually in my day job.

Great that you've made, a shame you didn't start a journey thread at the beginning! :D

Long tails can take you places.

I always find Keyword Research overwhemling so I stick with the long tails of any competitive keyword. After several months, they always rank.
