Hello everyone! Few years ago I've was super active here and I was really motivated to start making my own money, especially by doing all of this online. This website helped me a lot, and i got the right connections. At first, because i was tired i started making instagram acounts in the "Sad Quotes" niche, which was going really well in terms of getting new followers and so on. I re-searched a lot of things about hashtags and everything, so I grew one page to 20k and sold it for $150 at that time. It was huge for me, as i was just a child. I kept doing that and I made around $800 in 1 month by growing and selling accounts. Then i've met someone on this website, that was a beatmaker, we somehow connected and he was paying me $15-20 per each 1K followers i was getting him on a new page that was in the rap niche. Again, i was re-searching a lot of things about social media, i was in trend with all updates & algorithms Instagram were making, at that time i was doing 1000 follows per day and i wasn't getting banned just because i knew how everything worked and how to do it. After growing the account to 7-8k, i had few offers in my DM's from rappers that were willing to pay me just to do a story and tagging them. The guy that was paying me to grow his page, agreed to do few story promos, and I can keep the money. I was happy, it was extra money for me.
Few months after that, i was thinking, hmm, maybe i can start one rap page by myself, and focus only on selling promos, because i saw the potential in that. I started that and i was making $500-1000 at first per month. After that i had pages with 100k+ followers and i was making $2-3k per month. I started integrating some other services to my clients from SMM pannels like Spotify streams, YouTube views, followers and much more. I was charging 10x what the prices were on the pannel, so I was making good profits from that aswell. Now i was at around 7-8k a month all combined.
Now, everything has pretty much died, or maybe it's my fault because I'm not putting as much work as I was back then, but I can't scale this more than 2k/Month now, and I own around 5 accounts (between 100 and 300k followers) , 4 blogs (I was, and i still am selling blog posts on few rap-niched websites i've created). I also own "Marketing Agency" Instagram page, where i have only 6 posts, informing everyone why they should work with us, what we have to offer and so on, which also used to work pretty well 1-2 years ago.
How do I get my clients?
Pretty simple. There are hundreds of pages that are in the same niche as I am, and mostly of them are just pages that re-post artists, so I DM everyone that my competitors are posting, I used to have atleast 5 replies back per day back then, but now it's barely 1 reply per day and 1 sale each 3-4 days. I also DM artists that are getting posted on other big rap websites.
Is anyone else in this niche? If so - how's it going for you?
I'm pretty sure there might be few people that are doing the same stuff as I am, how is this business going for you? What methods are you using to scale your business better? Even though if people that aren't in this niche will read this, let me know if you have something in your mind that I can really scale this better and start making more money.
I would also like to ask if someone has any ideas on how I would be able to get more clients?
