W3shools for basics then use YT there are lots of free resources available.
Udemy has some good free courses for everything so it's worth checking those too.

Don't, just don't.
Extremely extremely competitive. Very low paying
Learn it as a soft skill. Just learn elementor or the new kid in the block oxygen.
And some basic html css and javascript.
