my instagram account suddenly disappeared

Hi guys,
I actually had around 35k followers on instagram and no posts since I deleted all.
I had left my acc on deletion on 25th aug and it said it will be deleted by 22 sept.

Today when i tried to log back into the acc it said that password incorrect. If i try to reset via email or phone it says no user found.

If i try to create acc with same email it says email already in use.

Can someone help me how to get back my account?

Also i have checked my email is there is no mail regarding anything after the day I left the account on deletion

Did anyone else have access to it? It might be your username and email are changed.

When You Step Forword for Delation. Then Its Simple Mean it got Deleted as You requested for it and Its Doesn’t Matter if its got Deleted Earlier then the Mention date
 
Perhaps, you could try contacting them to know if your account can be revived.
 
If thats the case they generally allow signup with same email so i hope its not

You can try contacting them on Twitter or using the help page section of their website. I read there now that deleted accounts can not be restored. That you can only create a new account. Check out this like of the help page: https://help.instagram.com/374546259294234
 
Try to remember who you've talked to through 'instagram dms' (maybe you talked to yourself) and reach out some of those people by your main/other account and ask them, they will have the chat in DM and if the username is changed they can see it.......

Hi! Your description suggests that this is a hack. It seems that your only option is to create a new account.
