For these things, also keep multiple backup accounts, and if one gets disabled, create another one. And do the promotions from all of them.
 
you can try appealing through Instagram’s support. If anyone here has successfully recovered their account, hopefully, they can share some tips.
 
Just preform the recovery process it tells you on the suspension screen and you can get your account back
