My IG account was hacked.

I need help recovering an Instagram account. My Microsoft account was hacked, and the hacker changed all the recovery options. Microsoft could only suspend it, not restore access. Unfortunately, my Instagram account was linked to that Microsoft email. The hacker also took over my Instagram, added their own phone number and email, and now I’m locked out. Right now, I do know the Instagram password that the hacker (luckily) did not change, but when I try to log in, it asks me to confirm a code sent to either the hacked Microsoft email or the hacker’s new email, so I can’t get in. It also asks for a face verification, but I had never posted my face on the account, so I can’t use that either.
