My Id is under verification

My Facebook Id is under verification that I was using for about more than 10 years.
It gives me three options.
1- Phone code. I don't get any code on my mobile.
2- Verify through the device i used previously. It logged me out of every device.
3- Match the friends option. I match at the end gives me error.

I tried OPT sending on 32099.

All the options failed. I have 2 step verification as well. Can you guys guide me.

Have you resolved this issues? I have same problem. I choose to recognize 5 photos of friends and always stucks after 5th photo and got error: Sorry, something went wrong...

Facebook is trying to CONTROL too much. Soon normal people (esp those who travel a lot) will get locked out of their accs and Facebook will meet a big backlash. I'm fairly certain about this. I mean, normal people are losing their accs they've had for years because of some spammers online? What a fucking shitshow. For all I care Facebook can go fuck themselves and they are getting what they deserve. \o/

Edit: If you don't pass this step by yourself your acc is screwed, sadly. Support NEVER helps. Literally they have not helped me after 2015 or 2016 even once. But you can try and message them... Or try a different Device that you know you've been using before with your acc! Good luck.. You're gonna need it >_> Fb don't care if you invested years into that account. They just don't have any morals!
