Update

Yesterday I reorganized single posts, I speak with someone from ad-center and I got accepted into it, I installed some ads, I made buttons (if you have a good plugin or site to do it without shortcodes please tell me), I got lost a little to place ads and what's the best practice with streaming sites and I look the competition for what I need to do with SEO. And I was happy when I see my work.

I have a big news today. My site is almost finished. I need more content to add widgets or customize it. That means... It's time to post contents To do that I go on my french movie DB like IMDB (Allociné if you don't know) and I will add top 50 movies from 2010 to 2016. 350 movies. I will try to add 25 posts per day. It will be difficult because I'm a little busy in the end of the week... Challenge accepted. Let's go guys, I hope stats images will come soon.

A new problem. Again. I downloaded a plugin "Virtual robots.txt". The plugin change my robots.txt but now I can't edit it. So I remove it. But my robot is always the same. I tried to download some others plugins but it override everything. When I upload a physical robot.txt on my root it override too... I'm on the problem since 5 hours, I'm tired. If my problem is resolve, I don't download plugins anymore... Everytime I've got problems.

In my last update, I spoke too soon. 25 videos per day is impossible. I put 1 video every 20-25min on my laptop portable and 10-15min on desktop computer. I was a little faster today but 25 is too much. I will try to have a base of 10 every day and above it will be a bonus. Yesterday I posted 10 videos and for the moment 3 today. I will continue tonight! No need to think, just focus to improve the time to post videos. No more brain for some weeks!

4 days later, 40 posts. That's difficult to do the same thing for 2-3 hours non-stop, but when I look at my site this is my reward. He looks great. I don't have any visitor. But something is strange, Google emailed me to say I have some impressions for some keywords. When I looked into Google I didn't saw my site anywhere so... I don't know. I don't care for the moment, I'm focusing on my content.

I'm not doing anything for that but... With my 50 videos I starting to rank in Google, but no visit for the moment.

nice journey buddy, I have also start a stealming site a week ago but only 20posts because i'm very busy with my work this month. can you help me with my adcenter acc?i still not get any reply from them.

Look at your skype, before accepting you or not, they want to talk with you about your project... And if you have nothing on Skype, go on ad-center and look at the bottom of the home page and you'll see that for live chat :

It's not an update, just some thought. My journey learns me a lot but I can't focus on a single thing. My brain goes in all directions. Everytime, I feel like I'll find a better idea than my movie streaming site. I know perseverance is the key, I try to keep motivating me and concentrating. I need to remove of my head everything except streaming, one project at a time. I will stop to divide my attention, for that I will unregister me from free host and free domain - for a new project - that I wanted to do. It's time to get serious about work, I could move forward faster. Guys I promises you to succeed (unless I am arrested )

it's not like you seem to not understand that you need to focus, etc. But just to show support and offer some input from me, as I'm also sometimes feel overwhelmed by all the things I want to do and need to do. Anyway, as your mindset plays a big role in everything, I was wondering have you ever tried practicing meditation? For me, even though it's been less than two weeks, it helps focus.

A little update because there is nothing to say. I posted 100 videos since the start. It's a lot of work and it's a big milestone. Next milestone will be 500. Finally I have something to say, I registered my site on some directories to make 2-3 backlinks.
Someone know how can I have socials presence without have an official account of my site ? I don't want to have an account with my true IP...

Hey,
just download Calm or Headspace, both great guided meditation apps. Either one will get you started with a 10-day beginner's sessions and when you complete 10 days, you start unlocking other sessions. Just find time, put your headphones on and they will guide you through everything.

I tried Calm yesterday night and that was really relaxing. I'll do it every night before sleep.

I've changed my website's layout
I simplified everything
I added some related posts plugins (for single post and widgets)
I removed share buttons
I stop touching my articles published
I continued to add some contents

I'm waiting to have visitors, but they should be here soon.

I'm not anymore going to post here unless somebody speaks to me, next update when traffic will increase or when I'll have 200 videos on my site.

Ok for the stats, now speak a little about what I hate. I hate to have no control on my videos. I host them on Netu.tv and Openload.cc but to be honest I just want to have my own dedicated server offshore and DMCA ignores to host all of them. I saw a lot of great plateform for that but I need to earn $150 per month and I'm really far from that. I don't want to invest something I have not earn yet. So I continue to do this method for the moment.
An other thing I hate, write unique synopsis. When I checked "movie streaming" (in French) keyword I saw a site who use imdb (equivalent in french) for his synopsis and he's on Google's first page. He have 0 content except his videos and synopsis.

Thoughts

If I had to start again, I will not going into streaming for my first try. Ok I learned a lot about all this stuff but we need money to have a great site. I will go to news/buzz niches with CPM or whitehat sites with adsense. But now I haven't choice, I continue with my first idea, I will not stop until I can pay me the server, an host for a new better streaming site (without abandoning the one I'm doing now).
When I came here to open my thread, I had no goals, just wanted to make money (that's always the case) with no plans, no skills, no ideas. Since, I'm a different person, I acquired more motivation, a better comprehension in english (thanks to @deathass01 because I spoke a lot with him on skype), a new understanding in my niche. I know exactly how my site can become awesome (it's just good now). One day it will pay, i'm sure.
