My HTMl don't have meta tags

Good day everyone

Pls am new into blogging and I don't knw if my blog has meta tags in the html section pls here is a screenshot of where I saw only meta I don't know whree to add it pls do help

Pls I need help

first:
go to your dahsboard https://www.blogger.com -> Settings -> Search preferences -> Meta Tags -> Description -> Edit -> Enable search description? -> YES -> add a blog description -> save changes.

second:
go to the Posts Tab -> edit post -> right sidebar -> search description -> add a post description -> update. Do the same with other posts.

Dont touch the template, unless you know what you doing and how to deal with their template view engine

You can search the tutorial on YouTube thier are videos about blogging for noobs like you.
