My Hrefer -- internet connections error.

i run the hrefer with private proxies. i have copied the xproxy.txt from xrumer folder which xrumer can run well. When i start parsing, hrefer inform me at the bottom "internet connections error. Check your firewall setting and internet -connection."

Where the settings are ignored?
