I am looking for a long-term Joint Venture partner who is able to complete the following:
- Build a micro niche site
- SEO Optimization (both on and off-page)
- Keyword Research

What you will be doing:
You will create a Micro Niche Site and do the SEO/keyword research.

What i will do:
I will host the website and domain name. The hosting has 1-click word press install and i can claim any domain name of your choice.

Once the website is finished we will split the profit 70% for you 30% for me for the first 12 months, and after that all the profits go to me.

So OP, I take it that you are looking for somebody that has the SEO skills to create cash producing websites but is currently too broke to pay $25.00 for a Domain and Hosting?

This is not sounds like JV but like working for free.

So you want a cash making website after 12 month while you pay $50 a year for hosting 10+ websites? If someone is broke they can search for free hosting and do it on their own, hot sure how this is profitable for someone, well, except you I guess.

Sounds like a Dreamhost install. What are those going for nowadays, $40 a year with free domain? Perhaps OP is the one who cannot afford to hire somebody for content writing and website development... JV's should be fair to both parties.

I've seen some terrible JVs, including out-right scams. But this one, this one might just be the worst.
