My Hosting keeps getting suspended!! Need help!

Hey BHW members,

I have a problem with the hosting suspension. I started doing CPA content locking and for that a bought a domain from Namecheap and a hosting from Hostinger and then I have uploaded the CPA generator after I checked it if it has a suspicious files or codes and I assure you that it was clean and after I uploaded it to my hosting Namecheap blocked my domain and I don't know the reason for that they just say "It has come to our attention that the following domain name is involved in phishing/fraudulent misleading activities"
You can see bellow the CPA template generator that I used and tell me please what's wrong and how to fix this please.

What's wrong guys? Am I copying Netflix site? and how can I use this template without getting suspended again?

Its probably because of netflix logo. You cant play too much with those big companies, i guarantee you they have a whole army to catch people who do similar thing. Also there is a possibility that people who went through content locker and got nothing reported you to your host.

If you really want to do this, look for offshore hosts on the forum, your best bet.
 
As the guy above me mentioned, the logo (which is a trademark) - yes.

But it could also be exactly as they mentioned. Are you really giving premium accounts with this locker, or are you just trying to trick people for leads? Nothing personal, most of these CPA lockers are actual frauds it seems...

So you might need a hosting company that allows such things, again as the first comment mentions - offshore or something like that (I see many people who are able to host all kinds of CPA lockers).
 
You don't think that locker looks too much like netflix and asking for email to give "Premium" account?
 
Last time I did it through cpabuild i Don't think hostinger banned me it was one year ago. I create through private URLs. It was long time so I don't know how i created these links i just followed the video guide but they never banned me.
I even geneated traffic and earned around 200$ and left it because of my other work.
 
It seems really sketchy / fraudulent, at best misleading.

What is the thing of this, like people give their mails then they receive link where they need to pay something for a netflix account? And for these type of thing it may be hacked accounts so that's maybe why. But that's speculation, maybe it's a kind of affiliate with Netflix?

Actually netflix is very pro-active as they have hired many good security companies in different regions, they would even sent hosting companies notices for any copyright infringements too, as some people try to make video streaming websites with netflix content, to avoid that, you would need an offshore host, I would recommend Bulgaria, Netherlands, Asia can be fine too, and try to get a server rather than shared hosting, then it can be more good for you.
 
You are literally infringing on a trademark of a multi-billion dollar corporation and you don't know why you are being banned????

stop following youtube videos that don't reveal everything. I am pretty sure you got this content locker from a youtube channel called xb marketing.

Exactly what they told you. Pretty much looks like a phishing website even if you were using it for CPA. it's seen fraudulent. Not necessarily the logo but what you're offering to do on the landing page is fake.
