Oh cool. I like free running :) its fun to watch. Mirrors Edge got me interested in it :)

Laziness and fear of getting hurt would stop me from ever doing it though.
 
... gramps here ... we did this cool shit too .... try this 3-4 times ... (will beat the crap out of you) ... find a tree that is about 3 inches around and shimmy straight up to the top (about 20-25 feet) then kick out to the side to bend it and hang on riding that sucker to the ground ...it is now coiled up and will whip your ass when you let go so look out
