Hmmm.. Havent really given much thought to this. Will do some research into pricing etc to see if it worth it
My experience has been fantastic so far. Before my first payment they just asked some questions like how I recieve traffic etc. And they also asked for ID. So make sure your ID matches your account details or they might take your money as you are commiting fraud! They pay once a month normally from the 18th-28th (28th has been my lastest ever). Earnings are only counted for 1st-30th (or 31st) of a month. So the next month will be your pay month.
Do you use youtube advertising, or posting youtube videos?

Great thread! Thanks for sharing those inspirational earnings. I only get about 5% conversion from clicks. The advertisers I use payout about $50 per lead and I only get a couple a month. That said, I have never tried a landing page. I've always just stuck the text link or banner in the side bar. Today though I'm going to try to place a number of these links in my more popular pages, as helpful text and see how that works. Banners are pretty much nothing for me.
