Yo new journey! I'm going to try to not sell this one the first chance I get for a profit. I want it to go for a long time! I am not sharing the link because some of ya'll are crazy.
About The Domain
1. Exact match short-tail keyword domain name that gets 10k-100k per month
2. 15+ years old very clean and easily brandable name
3. Godaddy values this domain at a little under $4,000.
Website's Purpose
1. The website will allow users to do things that will help their health. (Can't go more into detail than that without giving it away)
Monetization Plan
1. Subscriptions on a monthly basis
2. Direct Sponsorships
3. Possibly Adsense Ads
Tools Using
1. WordPress
2. Yoast SEO Premium
3. Premium Theme
4. Ahrefs for tracking
I will, of course, be doing aggressive SEO again, but it shouldn't take much considering the domain is an exact match and old enough to gain some traction rather easily.

It will take some work to get back to all the time, but it will definitely be doable. It should have a huge return when it is completed.
