My header keeps disappearing!

Just wondering if anyone has had experience with this...the header on my site will intermittently disappear! There must be something in the code somewhere telling it to do this but I can't figure it out! Sometimes I'll have to reload the header or just log into my back office and voila! It reappears, but not always...wierd...HELP?
